Description
The Kadai combines traditional deep-pan cooking with durable forged strength and clean, eco-friendly non-stick performance. Engineered from heavy-gauge forged aluminium, it heats rapidly and spreads temperature uniformly across its curved base and walls, eliminating hot spots to keep rich curries, gravies, and deep-sautéed dishes from scorching. Its mineral-based ceramic interior is 100% free from PTFE, PFOA, lead, and cadmium, delivering ultra-smooth food release while allowing you to cook with significantly less oil or butter. Compatible across gas, induction, electric, and vitro-ceramic cooktops, it features wide stay-cool side handles for a secure grip and a vented tempered glass lid for moisture-sealed monitoring.
